As of October 31, 2015 Sprint is discontinuing the WiMAX Internet service that [ASC3] currently offers through Mobile Citizen. The good news is that Sprint is replacing the WiMAX network with a 4G LTE network that is expected to be faster and to offer expanded coverage. Unfortunately, our new LTE network offering will not be ready for full implementation in time and many of our current customers are going to experience a lapse in Internet service on or before October 31, 2015. We do not know when we will be able to provide the LTE offer to all of our customers. In the meantime, please hold on to your device. When the new LTE network offer is available you may need to exchange your current WiMAX modem for a new LTE modem. You can periodically check call internet service hot line 216-202-4292 for any new updates! Thanks for your patience during this transition period.

Hi just checking to see if there is a date for the service to begin through Sprint? The change over comes right at the same time school is in session for Cleveland schools are in full swing. 8/27/2015 01:44:58 am
You said that it could be a lapse in svc, would this laspe continue until svcs are switched over. I'm experiencing that now. I don't have an internet connection. Comments are closed.
